No. VisaPathways tools provide educational evidence-risk guidance based on the information you enter. They do not predict an official decision and are not legal or immigration advice.
Where is my assessment data stored?
When you opt in on a route page, assessment results can be saved in your browser's local storage so you can build an action plan. We do not upload your answers to a separate VisaPathways account in this release.
Why do some tools only work on route pages?
Document readiness and the action plan depend on route-specific document lists, advisories and preparation context. Choose a published route first, then use those tools on the visa route page.
Can I use the refusal-risk checker without choosing a route?
Yes. Open the dedicated checker page and select a published route before starting. You can also start directly from any route page toolkit block.
