Authorized access
Use production credentials only for the organization and environment for which they were issued. Do not publish, resell or share credentials.
No government decision
API outputs are research and decision-support data. They are not a visa grant, government determination, legal representation or guarantee of eligibility.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for their own user experience, professional review where required, lawful processing of personal data and decisions made using API outputs.
Rate limits and service protection
Requests are subject to documented or contractually agreed limits. Access may be restricted to protect the service, customers or data integrity.
Evidence and change
Rules and evidence can change as official requirements change. Version identity, effective dates and audit information are provided so customers can understand which rule was evaluated.
Commercial agreement
A signed order form, pilot agreement or enterprise agreement may add or replace commercial terms for a particular customer. This public page is not a substitute for negotiated contractual terms.
