Developer sandbox access
Issue a short-lived VisaPathways sandbox API key for developer testing of published route intelligence and compliance evaluation.
Sandbox keys are hashed at rest, expire after 24 hours, and are not production credentials. This page never displays existing production keys, service-role credentials, or admin provisioning.

Sandbox responses include environment: sandbox and credential_class: SANDBOX_TEST. Authenticate with header x-visapathways-enterprise-token. Keys are never placed in URLs.
Limits
- Issue at most 3 keys per 1 hour per network
- GET 20 requests per minute per sandbox key
- Evaluate 10 requests per minute per sandbox key
- Canada pilot intelligence is the intended test corridor
