8. No guarantee of immigration outcome
Using VisaPathways does not guarantee visa approval, entry to a country, employment, sponsorship, permanent residence, citizenship, a particular processing time, or any other immigration result.
Final decisions are made by the relevant government authorities and other responsible organisations.
9. Intellectual property
Original VisaPathways content, branding, graphics, databases, software and other original site material belong to VisaPathways or the relevant licensors unless stated otherwise.
Purchased content is for the customer's personal informational use. You may not resell VisaPathways content, republish substantial portions, scrape the platform at scale without permission, commercially redistribute purchased reports, or copy proprietary site material for competing commercial use.
10. Acceptable use
You must not break applicable law, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, scrape the service at scale without permission, or use VisaPathways content for fraudulent or misleading activities.
11. Third-party websites
VisaPathways may link to government websites and other third-party resources. Those websites are controlled independently. VisaPathways is not responsible for their availability, content or policies.
12. Limitation of liability
